This policy explains what information Pro Trader Academy LLC (“Pro Trader”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers protraderx.com, our member area at school.protraderx.com, our courses, tools, community, emails, and anything else we run under the Pro Trader name.

• To deliver what you signed up for: courses, indicators, live sessions, community access, and coaching.
• To manage your membership, including granting and removing access that is tied to your subscription, such as invite-only TradingView indicators.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud.
• To send service messages about your account, orders, and access.
• To send marketing emails about our training and offers. You can opt out of these at any time.
• To understand how our sites and courses are used, so we can improve them.
• To meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our operations, and only so they can do their jobs: payment processing, email delivery, website and funnel hosting, course hosting, community and video platforms, scheduling, and analytics. These providers are bound by their own confidentiality and data protection obligations.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business sale or restructure, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

4. Cookies and tracking

Our sites use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure how pages perform, and measure our advertising. Advertising pixels from platforms such as Meta may record that you visited, so we can measure campaigns and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the member area may not work without them.

5. SMS text messaging

If you provide a mobile number and opt in to text messages on one of our forms, we use it to send you the text messages you signed up for: things like event reminders, join links, session confirmations, and marketing messages about our courses and offers. We do not use your number to send you anything you did not opt in to, and we do not sell, rent, or share your number or your opt-in consent with any third party.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. Opting in to texts is a separate choice from any other consent on our forms, and it is never a condition of registering, booking, or buying anything from us.

6. Your choices

• Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out stops marketing, not essential service messages about your account or billing.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• You can object to or ask us to restrict certain processing, and where the law provides it, request a copy of your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We may ask you to verify your identity first, and we will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes above. After that we delete it or anonymize it, except where we need to keep records longer for legal, accounting, or tax reasons, or to resolve disputes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to the people and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

We are a United States company and our service providers process data primarily in the United States, though our team and students are around the world. By using our services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws.

10. Children

Our services are trading education for adults. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

When we update this policy we will post the new version here with a new date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site. Continuing to use our services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
